To represent at the West Coast Franchise Expo in Los Angeles from October 2-4, 2009
Local franchise companies Baja Fresh, Canyons Burger company, Calbi Fusion Tacos and Burritos, La Salsa and Sweet Factory are searching for franchise growth throughout the US. They are going to represent at the West Coast Franchise Expo in Los Angeles from October 2nd-4th.
Canyons Burger company and Calbi were acquired by the investors of Baja Fresh. Canyons Burger uses Black Angus Beef in their line of specialty burgers and focuses on ingredients.
James Walker, chief development officer of Canyons, said: “We are thrilled to take on the challenge of growing these two excellent concepts. I hope the West Coast Franchise Expo will expose these brands to those who might otherwise be unaware of their potential.”
In addition, Fresh Enterprises, a restaurant group will represent the Baja Fresh and La Salsa brands at the expo. Baja Fresh operates or franchises 256 restaurants in 25 states which features Mexican-food. La Salsa operates or franchises quick, casual restaurants specializing in tacos, burritos, and other items served in the style of Mexico.
Candy chain sweet factory will focus on expanding with a booth at the expo. Sweet Factory is the bulk candy retailer focused on providing proprietary and licensed candy available in America’s retail malls.
